It’s A Misnomer!

Today’s post will be short and sweet (like the child who inspired it). It belongs more in the category of the things they do, but as the little one speaks more with her actions, I include it among the things they say.

Take these two objects. One of them is an eating utensil, and the other is used to style one’s hair.

If you are not sure which is which, my youngest, who likes to chew on the comb and stick the fork in her hair, will be happy to demonstrate for you.

Can anyone else hear Scuttle from The Little Mermaid proclaim, “It’s a dinglehopper!”

I can’t wait to screw with her head and teach her the improper name for a fork.

I do not remember the whole script of the Little Mermaid. But I am certain you are properly screwing with her head. Congrats! You be the winner tonight!

  2. It doesn’t have to stop there! She can have thingamabobs, and whosits and whatsits galore!

  3. I saw the pictures, and IMMEDIATELY said, “It’s a DINGLEHOPPER!” Hahahaha. The Little Mermaid is my faaavourite Disney movie. Always was. 🙂
